Marcos Fernandes - Steve Kaz

Marcos Fernandes is currently studying a PhD (Literature) on dystopian and non-utopian science fiction and speculative fiction. In his spare time he reads books, writes fiction, listens to heavy metal music, plays computer games, waxes intellectual and digests theological. He lives in the Northern Rivers area of northern New South Wales, Australia.

In most dystopian worlds, he is often named 'Axegrind Skullbasher' and wields large fusion weaponry. Or, he is in charge of galaxy-spanning technocratic authoritarian empires. Or is an axe-obsessed dwarf named 'Gromril Grogbeard'. You may sometimes find him also wielding an Ulthwe Eldar army, a High Elven battle cadre, or their darker equivalents.

If you find him without a book, a laptop, or a mug full of coffee, you're talking to the wrong Marcos.
